FCC Declares Comcast’s Throttling Violated Net-Neutrality Rules

The FCC said Comcast lied about its traffic management practices, which it said were anti-competitive in nature, and ordered a halt to them.

John Boehner is criticizing Friday’s expected censure of Comcast by the Federal Communications Commission for throttling BitTorrent traffic to manage congestion.
