The woman facing the wrath of internet vigilantes for her role in the Megan Meier cyber-bullying case didn’t send the final MySpace messages that allegedly drove the teen to suicide, prosecutors say. Charges will not be filed against the teenage girl responsible, because she didn’t intended to harm Meier.
